Admissions Process
Thank you for your interest in Sacred Heart School! We encourage all interested families to schedule a private tour to learn more about our School, Teachers, and Community.
To apply, a New Student Application, Birth Certificate, Baptismal Certificate (if applicable), and a non-refundable Registration Deposit of $600 must be submitted online at registration.
In determining the priority of admissions for new students, families with a child currently enrolled at Sacred Heart School will have first priority. Further, parish members without children currently at Sacred Heart School will have next priority.
Admissions decisions will be emailed to applicant families no later than two weeks after receipt of complete application materials. Families have one week from receipt of the admissions acceptance email to accept a spot.
Preschool - 8th Grade Enrollment
Applications for Sacred Heart’s Preschool through 8th-grade open on December 3rd, 2023. Priority enrollment is given to families with a child currently at Sacred Heart School.Preschool: Children must be 3 years of age by September 1, 2023
Junior Kindergarten: Children must be 4 years of age by September 1, 2023
Kindergarten: Children must be 5 years of age by September 1, 2023
The following forms are due on the first day of school:
- Physical examination form - all new students
- Immunization records - all new students
- Dental examination form - new students entering Kindergarten through 8th grade
- Eye examination report - new students entering Kindergarten through 8th grade
