Admissions Process

Thank you for your interest in Sacred Heart School! We encourage all interested families to schedule a private tour to learn more about our School, Teachers, and Community.

To apply, an New Student Application, Birth Certificate, Baptismal Certificate (if applicable), and a non-refundable Registration Deposit of $600 must be submitted online at registration. 

In determining priority of admissions for new students, families with a child currently enrolled at Sacred Heart School will have first priority. Further, parish members without children currently at Sacred Heart School will have next priority.

Admissions decisions will be emailed to applicant families no later than two weeks after receipt of complete application materials. Families have one week from receipt of the admissions acceptance email to accept a spot.

 

Early Childhood Program Enrollment 

Applications for Sacred Heart’s Preschool, Junior Kindergarten, and Kindergarten programs will be accepted beginning Saturday, December 4, 2021 at 7:30am.  Priority enrollment is given to families with a child currently at Sacred Heart School. 

Preschool: Children must be 3 years of age by September 1, 2022
Junior Kindergarten: Children must be 4 years of age by September 1, 2022
Kindergarten: Children must be 5 years of age by September 1, 2022

The following forms are due on the first day of school: 
  • Physical examination form - Preschool, Junior Kindergarten, Kindergarten
  • Immunization records - Preschool, Junior Kindergarten, Kindergarten
  • Dental examination form - Kindergarten
  • Eye examination report - Kindergarten
 

1st through 8th Grade Enrollment

Applications for Sacred Heart 1st through 8th grades will be accepted in early January 2022.
 
First Grade: Children must be 6 years of age by September 1
