Athletics Overview

At Sacred Heart, we strive to provide every opportunity and advantage to our current and aspiring athletes. To that end, we offer no-cut sports each season, ensuring that every kid plays - a lot. We benefit from the wonderful and long-lasting partnerships cultivated within our community, to provide even more resources and opportunities for our kids to experience and excel in all athletic endeavors.

Our goal is to ensure that every student has an opportunity to realize the physical and mental health benefits of participating in athletics – from tangible results like building strength and stamina, to the less tangible but equally important values of sportsmanship, teamwork, hard-work, and perseverance.

Our size and resources allow us to create a space where kids are encouraged to move out of their comfort zones without stress or judgement, creating an opportunity to discover athletic capabilities they otherwise may never have known. Our size also enables us to be nimble and open to adding new sports as our student body’s interests evolve over time.

We want every child to feel the rush of the game, the thrill of the win, the honor of the effort and the support of the team – whether it’s on the court, the field, the track, or the golf course. Go Vikings!
