Rev Up, Rise Up and Reinvent Your Game this Winter!

With two program offerings this year - Viking Fit and Viking Fit Elite, there’s a spot for everyone — whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just getting started. So tie up those laces and step into Viking Fit — where strength training, agility exercises, endurance development, and unstoppable motivation come together to bring out the best in you.

Requirements:

Viking Fit: Open to all students in 3rd - 8th grade, no experience necessary. ($250)

Viking Fit Elite: Open to students who have completed a previous session of Viking Fit or played football this fall. ($300) Space is Limited.

Schedule:

Each program will offer sessions 3-4 times a week as follow

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays, 7:00 AM (Sacred Heart Gym) - Stretch and Strengthen without the Sweat. This session will jumpstart their day with stretching exercises to build flexibility and light weight training - without breaking a sweat.

  • Tuesdays at 7:00 PM (Sacred Heart Gym) - led by Coach Levoy and Coach Small.

  • Thursdays at 6:00 PM (Off Campus) - Viking Fit Elite members will participate in Power Sprint with a professional trainer at the Illinois Bone & Joint Institute.

*All scheduled sessions are open to Viking Fit and Viking Fit Elite Members with the exception of the 6:00 PM Session at the Illinois Bone & Joint Institute.
