For more than ten years, Sacred Heart School has embraced Apple's vision for transformative learning. What began as a commitment to providing students with innovative tools has evolved into a culture where technology enhances every aspect of teaching and learning.
Students begin developing digital fluency at an early age, learning foundational technology skills alongside creativity, communication, and problem-solving. As they progress through the grades, they become creators rather than consumers - designing presentations, producing videos, coding robots, composing music, conducting research, and collaborating with classmates in meaningful ways.
Our investment in Apple technology is ultimately an investment in people. It empowers teachers to deliver engaging instruction, supports differentiated learning, and provides students with opportunities to explore their interests, express their ideas, and discover their potential.

INSPIRE
Students explore, create, and communicate through tools like Pages, Keynote, GarageBand, iMovie, and Apple Pencil. From digital storytelling in the primary grades to multimedia presentations in middle school, students learn to express their ideas with confidence and creativity.
IMAGINE
Coding begins early at Sacred Heart. Students engage with Sphero robots, Ozobots, Swift Playgrounds, and hands-on STEAM experiences that encourage innovation, problem-solving, and computational thinking.
IMPACT
Technology enables students to apply their learning in authentic ways. Whether researching global issues, creating original content, presenting to classmates, or collaborating on projects, students develop the skills they need to thrive in high school and beyond.
2026 marks the third consecutive year that a Sacred Heart graduate has received the Bellarmine Merit Scholarship from Loyola Academy.
The Bellarmine Scholarship is awarded to incoming freshman who receive a 98–99 national percentile composite score on the Loyola Academy entrance exam.
Technology evolves. Sacred Heart evolves along with it.
Technology is constantly evolving - so as a school we are committed to be evolving right along with it. In 2025, we collaborated with an educational expert in STEM curriculum who developed a comprehensive and innovative curriculum for our students which we will roll out this fall. This summer, our STEM lab is getting a complete refresh with new LED lighting, beautiful work stations, new flooring, soft bean bag seating, and the latest and greatest materials for our students - to ensure their success in this new STEM program.
