A Welcome From the Principal
Welcome to Sacred Heart School!
My name is Jodi Reuter and I am the Principal of Sacred Heart School. It is my pleasure to welcome you and your family to our wonderful school nestled in a quaint neighborhood on the North Shore of Chicago. Sacred Heart School has been educating the hearts and minds of students for over 100 years. Our most important goal is to enrich your student's life with the faith and experience of living as a disciple of Jesus. Through weekly mass gatherings, religion classes, discussions, service projects, and small, intimate groups of Prayer Families, we feel we develop students who know what it means to be a Christian in today's world.
Sacred Heart School also educates the mind of preschoolers through young adults in small, family like classrooms, centers, or labs. The talented staff at Sacred Heart teach our children how to engage in and discover what learning looks like, whether it be through play, song, sports, research, science, math, or literature. Our core values of Love, Serve, Engage, Discover, and Persevere help us to consistently live out our root beliefs that we are a family made in the image of God, our time together matters, learning is important, and that we see challenges as opportunities.
I invite you or anyone you know to to set up a tour with us to see us in action. Our classrooms are always open to showcase what we do, how we do it, but most importantly, to show you the amazing balance we create of faith, family, and friendship.
