Cheerleading at Sacred Heart is all about spirit, teamwork, and fun! Rooted in our proud Vaders tradition, the program gives students the chance to learn cheers, stunts, and routines while building confidence, leadership, and school pride. Whether on the sidelines or at special events, our cheerleaders bring energy and joy to the community, spreading Sacred Heart pride with every cheer.
Students in 4th - 8th Grade:
- Practice Schedule: Once a week on Fridays, 3:45 PM - 5:15 PM and twice per week around homecoming
- Performances: The team performs at football games which are played Friday through Sunday.
Students in Kindergarten - 3rd Grade:
- Practice Schedule: Once a week on Fridays, 3:20 PM - 4:20 PM
- Performances: Our youngest cheerleaders will get to perform a brief routine at Homecoming on October 10th!
