This Season, we’re doubling down on intensity, energy, and excitement. With two program offerings - Viking Fit and Viking Fit Elite, there’s a spot for everyone — whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just getting started.

Requirements
Viking Fit: Open to all students in 3rd - 8th grade, no experience necessary. ($250)
Viking Fit Elite: Open to students who have completed a previous session of Viking Fit or played football this fall. ($300). Space is Limited.
Scheduling
Each program will have sessions available 3-4 times a week as follows:
- Tuesdays & Thursdays, 7:00 AM (Sacred Heart Gym) Stretch and Strengthen, without the Sweat. This session will feature stretching exercises to build flexibility and light weight training, intended to jumpstart their day without making them sweat through their clothes.
- Tuesdays, 7:00 PM -(Sacred Heart Gym) Viking Fit led by Coach Levoy and Coach Small.
- Thursdays, 6:00 PM - (Illinois Bone & Joint Institute) Viking Fit Elite members will participate in Power Sprint with a professional trainer.
*All scheduled sessions are open to Viking Fit and Viking Fit Elite Members with the exception of the 6:00 PM Session at the Illinois Bone & Joint Institute.*
