HIIT with Heather Wojteczko

Join Heather Wojteczko, a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer and Sacred Heart mom, for her signature BURN workout class this winter! This HIIT style class will be 50 minutes long and incorporate both Strength and Cardiovascular training. Having taught group fitness classes for nearly the past decade, Heather has taken her favorite elements of many different styles of training and created a class format that will leave your muscles shaking in the best way! Please come to class prepared with a mat, a set of light to medium weights and a water bottle.

Classes will be held on the following dates: 11/12, 11/19, 12/3, 12/10 & 12/17 at 9:15am. Please sign-up online prior to class. Spots will only be available at the door if there is room in the class and you must pay before class commences. Classes are booked individually by date, but please note that no refund can be given for classes that have been booked.

Masks are required when entering and leaving the facility and participants in the class will be 6 feet apart.
