PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

The Catholic School Council II-3A basketball league runs late November through February with Varsity playoffs in early March. 6th-8th grade division games are played during the week. 5th grade division games are played on Saturdays. Practices will begin in early November.

4th grade- play is developmental with equal playing time. Will practice with the 5th grade team. Team meets 2x a week. Games on Saturdays.

5th grade - play is developmental with equal playing time. Team meets 2 x a week. Games are on Saturdays.

6th grade - play is developmental with equal playing time. Team meets 3 x a week.

7th grade - play is developmental with meaningful playing time (25% minimum). Team meets 3-4 x a week.

8th grade - play is competitive with playing time earned by skill and commitment while enhancing player development. Team meets 3-5 x a week.

Athletic participation forms and waivers need to be completed by November 1st. If you already completed one for a fall sport, there is no need to duplicate. All forms are available on the school website.
