News from the Art Room
Congratulations to this year's National Junior Art Honor Society members! This year's members developed and adhere to by-laws which include maintaining a "B" or better in art, attending monthly meetings, maintaining honorable conduct in school, and completing one service project during the school year.
In October NJAHS held a Ghost Gram fundraiser to raise money for their "Soles4Souls" service project. The students will use the proceeds to purchase sneakers, which they will decorate before sending to "Soles4Souls" to benefit kids in need.
As this year's ambassadors for the Sacred Heart art program, NJAHS will also get to pilot the drawing and painting program "ProCreate" on their Apple iPads.
